This afternoon, we said farewell to Pala Luen, a VQA staff member.

Pala joined VQA in 2016 as a National Qualifications Development Officer, which was then a new role in VQA.

Pala set up the unit and contributed to the development of the Unit in many areas including developing Policies, Procedures and Tools to be used by the NQDO.
She played a major role in assisting Develop National Qualifications.
