Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Delivery of the Certificate IV in Education (VET Teaching)

The Vanuatu Qualification Authority (VQA) as the National Regulator of the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector is mandated among other functions to "work with stakeholder groups to ensure appropriate standards and training requirements are established, in particular for trade, technician and professional occupations". [VQA Act no. I of2014, Part 2, section 3 (i)]

VQA is seeking submission of expression of interest (EOI) from registered PSET providers to deliver the Certificate IV in Education (VET Teaching).

Eligibility to apply for the delivery of Certificate IV in Education [VET Teaching]
To be eligible to apply to deliver the course, an interested person or organization must be registered as a Post— School Education and Training provider in Vanuatu under the VQA Act No.l of 2014.

How to apply
To express your interest, interested registered PSET providers must submit:

l. A letter outlining
  • The institution's interest to undertake the delivery of this course; 
  • Details of how you will undertake the tasks to achieve key milestones;
  • Relevant experiences in delivering TVET trainers training in the past
  • Number of people who will involve in the project


Attached to the above letter

2. Copy of certificate of Business name from VFSC (if applicable);

3. Copy of Business License (if applicable);

4. Profile of trainers to deliver the course; and

5. A proposed Fees structure for the course

EOI can be emailed to evutinadamu@vqa.edu.vu and copied to vqa_jobs@vqa.edu.vu or handed livered to the Vanuatu Qualifications Authority front desk at the address below with the subject "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR COURSE DELIVERY"
