This Annual Monitoring Report presents the findings of VQA's review of the Vanuatu Institute of Technology (VIT) conducted during 2025. The review assessed VIT's educational outcomes, operational practices, compliance with registration standards, and continuous improvement processes. The report identifies key strengths in governance, strategic planning, digital transformation, student support, and financial management, while highlighting areas requiring improvement in assessment practices, course delivery, learner support, and quality assurance systems. VIT was assigned an overall Quality Assurance Status of Adequate.

This Annual Monitoring Report outlines the findings of VQA's review of Vanuatu Agriculture College (VAC) conducted from 27 to 30 October 2025. The review evaluated the college's performance against registration requirements, quality assurance standards, governance arrangements, learner outcomes, and operational effectiveness.
